The Aquaztrip Basic heating/cooling system is customized for your premises. Frico offers a great number of combinations of panels and headers. With your input regarding size, type and output requirements of the building, we will specify the best possible system for you.

Cost effective with high output

The panel has a cost-effective design of steel, enclosing the water pipes almost completely. This results in an excellent energy distribution from pipes to panel and ensures both high output and total watertightness.

Heating and cooling – in a lightweight panel

The lightweight panel provides heating and cooling with unrivalled comfort. And it heats/cools people and surfaces directly, not the air, saving energy at the same time.

Quick and easy suspension

Aquaztrip Basic is easy to install thanks to its clever suspension using mounting brackets and snap hooks. This system facilitates alignment of the panels and enables expansion to be accommodated.

Aquaztrip Basic is an economic heating and cooling system of lightweight radiant panels with high performance. The system is tailormade for your specific premises and can be installed in commercial and industrial buildings of all heights.

There is a large number of configurations possible, with up to four panels side by side, equipped with common headers of different kind. The maximum length of a panel assembly is 50 m, delivered in several pieces of 4 m and 6 m, with press fittings. Please contact Frico for the configuration of your system.

Panels, headers, press fittings and suspension kits are compulsory components of the Aquaztrip Basic heating system. The headers are connected to the panel by using the press fittings. The press fittings are also used to link several panels together. Assembly is made by using a crimping tool, guaranteeing the watertightness of the pipe/sleeve couple.

Aquaztrip panels are mounted horizontally in the ceiling. Aquaztrip Basic is easy to install thanks to its clever suspension using mounting brackets and snap hooks. This system facilitates alignment of the panels and enables expansion to be accommodated. The suspension kit is fixed in the ceiling by using different kind of mounting details depending on the nature of the ceiling (concrete, beams, etc.). With the ceiling mounting kit, the panels can also be mounted directly against the ceiling. The kit is adapted to mount one single 4-pipes panel. To ensure a unified installation seen from below, covers for header and between panels are available as accessories.

Water heated units must be supplemented with valves. The valve system controls the water flow and activates maximum heat only when needed.

The heater must be supplemented with either the FC control system, FC111, which provides sophisticated control with many options or with the room regulator, FCR230, with external communication possibilities.
