Energy savings

The design of the Aquaztrip panel guarantees an optimal heat transfer to the premises. Radiant panels provide heating where it is needed, at floor level, not in the ceiling. They also give you the possibility to heat only a limited area of a large open space.

High heat emission

Panel in aluminum gives low weight per meter and high heat emission compared to steel panels. This ensures easier installation and excellent comfort. The heat loss through the surrounding air is minimal. This lowers the heating costs considerably.

A part of the ceiling

Aquaztrip Design is designed for recessed mounting, fitting perfectly into suspended ceiling grids, but can also be installed free-hanging. It has a completely flat, nice-looking white radiant surface for a discreet installation.

Aquaztrip Design is a water heated radiant panel with a very wide area of application in both commercial and industrial buildings.

Aquaztrip Design have countless different configurations and comes with all headers welded on the panels. Assembly of the complete heating system is made on site. The maximum length of a panel assembly is 50 m. Please contact Frico for the configuration of your system. Perforated panels for improved acoustics can be specially ordered.

The panels are supplied complete with pre-assembled insulation and welded headers. Assembly of the complete heating system is made on site. Zinc-plated steel press fittings are used to connect several panels together, using a crimping tool, guaranteeing the watertightness of the pipe/sleeve.

Aquaztrip panels are mounted horizontally in the ceiling. The Aquaztrip Design panel has brackets with M8 blind rivet nuts for suspension on the back, two nuts for panels up to 1190 mm wide, and three nuts for wider panels. There are 3 brackets for suspension per length of 6 m, spaced a maximum of 2.5 m apart. Aquaztrip can be suspended from the ceiling by means of e.g. threaded bars, wires or chains. Aquaztrip Design panels with a width of 590 mm or 1190 mm can be perfectly integrated into a suspended ceiling grid. Aquaztrip Design can also be mounted directly against the ceiling. This needs to be specified when ordering to get the panels delivered with 18 mm suspension holes in the aluminum profile. The holes can be covered after installation with covering caps, black or white. With this suspension method, the maximum length is 24 m, due to the linear expansion of the panel. The covers are used between panels for a neat installation. They are clipped on to the panels and fixed with the screws provided.

Ball protection is available as accessory.

Water heated units must be supplemented with valves. The valve system controls the water flow and activates maximum heat only when needed.

The heater must be supplemented with either the FC control system, FC111, which provides sophisticated control with many options or with the room regulator, FCR230, with external communication possibilities.
